We are going to be trying something different for the first part of the new year everyone! We are going to say goodbye to Share the Pain and begin offering all new-comers an Intro Day! Starting this Saturday, 12/31 at 12pm, anyone interested in joining up with us will meet with me to go through a brief tour and presentation of the gym! Following the tour and presentation, all Intro Day participants will be given a nice workout to complete their experience!
If one of your friends or family cannot make it to the scheduled Saturday Intro Day, they can contact any trainer and schedule a private Introduction.
We’re also changing the Elements program a bit. As of the new year, each trainer will have their own On Ramp group of 6 participants maximum! I will begin my On Ramp on Jan 2nd with the following schedule, Mon and Wed at 6pm and Saturdays at 12pm. Mike will follow me and begin his On Ramp the following week. Vili will be next in the rotation, and so on and so forth…
Each Intro Day will be given by the trainer whose On Ramp is next in the rotation!

Tristan’s Yoga WOD
Our resident ninja Tristan Jih is stoked to announce the beginning of his yoga class, Tristan’s Yoga WOD. The primary purpose of the class is to help improve your overall CrossFit experience with improved mobility through yoga. He’ll also be covering a great deal of gymnastics technique along the way! This class will be held every Tuesday night at 7pm beginning Jan3rd! Enrollment will be set at $15 per class or $50 for a 4pack! Be sure to set aside time in your training schedule to check this one out!
Olympic Weightlifting with John Broz
John will be offering his Olympic Weightlifting classes every Monday and Thursday night at 6pm beginning Jan 2nd! The classes will address the snatch on one night and the clean and jerk on the other. This is a tremendous opportunity to learn these lifts from one of the country’s best coaches! There will be an open enrollment for these classes, you can jump in any time the are offered. If you’re looking to improve your technique on one of the most important components of your training this is where you need to be.
