Intro Day
We are going to be trying something different for the first part of the new year everyone! We are going to say goodbye to Share the Pain and begin offering all new-comers an Intro Day! Starting this Saturday, 12/31 at 12pm, anyone interested in joining up with us will meet with me to go through a brief tour and presentation of the gym! Following the tour and presentation, all Intro Day participants will be given a nice workout to complete their experience!
If one of your friends or family cannot make it to the scheduled Saturday Intro Day, they can contact any trainer and schedule a private Introduction.
On Ramps
We’re also changing the Elements program a bit. As of the new year, each trainer will have their own On Ramp group of 6 participants maximum! I will begin my On Ramp on Jan 2nd with the following schedule, Mon and Wed at 6pm and Saturdays at 12pm. Mike will follow me and begin his On Ramp the following week. Vili will be next in the rotation, and so on and so forth…
Each Intro Day will be given by the trainer whose On Ramp is next in the rotation! The initial On Ramp schedule is as follows:
On Ramp with Joe – starts Jan 2nd
Meets Monday and Wednesday at 6pm, Saturdays at noon.
On Ramp with Mike – starts Jan 10th
Meets Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6pm.
On Ramp with Vili – starts Jan 16th
Meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7am.
