400 Double Unders  (Alternate every 20)
80 Toes to Bar  (Break the up any way you want!)
Run 400m Medball Run  (Share that Ball!)
100 Deadlifts  153/225
Row 1K (Alternating any way you want!)

*Double Under Sub = 1 for 1 Power Jumps  (Jump HIGH)
