How Do You Measure Up?

June 20th, 2011 | Posted by Joe in Blog - (1 Comments)

Standards of Performance serve as a crude metric to let us know where we rate in certain areas of our endeavors!  While these standards can be useful for goal-setting and positive reinforcement, they ARE NOT the end-all be-all of what you are capable of.  If you are not where you want to be in the scheme of things, change it!  If you are “right where you should”, do better.  If you are at the top of your game, don’t get complacent, someone who wants it more is right at your heels….
