“Murph” In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it ‘Body Armor.’ From here on it will be referred to as ‘Murph’ in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is. Share the Pain! Share the Pain is today through Friday. Waree holding free classes for all of your family, friends, co-workers, associates, colleagues, facebook acquaintances, etc… Any CrossFit class during those days will be offered to one and all free of charge!
We still have a couple of very impressive records to beat, too! We have a record 90 total visitors and, if I’m not mistaken, a whopping 60 unique visitors. Oddly enough, these records were set at two separate STPs!! To clarify for some of you who might be new to Share the Pain, unique visitors are people who have never set foot in CrossFit Las Vegas!
The challenge is simple! Let’s see if we can get a total of 100 visitors this time around and 70 unique visitors this time around! The gauntlet has been thrown….
