CrossFit classes are lead by a trainer from start to finish and we pride ourselves on this aspect. Classes are are one hour and the begins with a full body warm-up that prepares the muscles and joints. The coach will then demonstrate the exercises and prescribe any necessary and appropriate modifications to each athlete. 

Most classes are divided into two parts:

Strength: a powerlifting movement or an Olympic Weightlifting movement

Conditioning: an anaerobic or aerobic workout

The group environment helps push you during the workout while receiving personalized attention from the coach. This is paramount to keep you moving safely while improving your performance.
