Peter Roselli is the High Performance Director for USA Weightlifting and a Senior International Coach.  He will be teaching the USA Weightlifting Course this weekend.  

Pete kindly offered to extend his stay so he could spend Monday, July 18th coaching YOU all!  He will help you improve your Snatch & Clean & Jerk technique.  We’ll throw some weights around! 

I will add session times to Zen Planner.  Each sessiosn will be capped, so if you’d like to work with him you will have to register in the system.

    Done HPC 73 lb/false grip ring pull-up + ring dip/AS: 14:39. Those ring pull-up are not the same as strict bar pull-ups (way harder).
