Luz started the 6 Week Challenge on September 10th. She didn’t miss a single class the entire time and now she’s finishing the second week of the Challenge Extension. She’s become so much fitter and healthier and her squat has improved leaps and bounds! It’s been so fun watching her get better with every class.
I love her and I’m so proud of all of her hard work and commitment. No doubt she’ll achieve anything she sets her mind to!
