1 on 1 On Ramp
If you want a more individualized program to get you started into CrossFit then a 1 on 1 on ramp is for you. The curriculum is basically the same as the group elements class except there is no group.
Reasons to do 1 on 1 on ramp:
- you want a 1:1 student to coach ratio
- you cannot make the current elements schedule
- you have generally been sedentary
- you are new to exercise
- you are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor
- you have specific performance oriented goals (triathlon, basketball, etc.)
- you have significant health or orthopedic issues
2 on 1, and 3 on 1 options are available as well.
