CrossFit Las Vegas Assesment

The CrossFit Las Vegas Assesment is designed for a person who has been doing CrossFit for awhile and will need to pass a movement standards test in order to be able to bypass taking CrossFit Las Vegas Elements.

The movement standards tests contains:

  • Back Squat
  • Front Squat
  • Overhead Squat
  • Press
  • Push Press
  • Push Jerk
  • Deadlift
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • Power Clean
  • Power Snatch
  • Pull-up
