CrossFit Las Vegas On Ramp

The CrossFit Las Vegas On Ramp Program is designed to expose the newest members of our community to our foundational movements in a small group setting. Our On Ramp session contains 10 classes which meet 3 days a week for 4 weeks. Our On Ramp program is designed to start the athlete at the very basic progressions of movements (squat, press, deadlift) and increase in movement difficulty as well as intensity.  The movement curriculum is sequential and attendance to all sessions is fundamental to your gaining the necessary proficiency and preparation for our On Ramp classes.  By the end of the 4 week program the athlete will have the foundation of basic movement to allow for them to participate in CrossFit classes at CrossFit Las Vegas. Our coaches will provide intensive instruction and progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group coaching sessions.

When you sign up for CrossFit Las Vegas On Ramp Program you MUST attend all classes.  The class structure is setup so that each day builds on the next.  It is important to attend all classes in the set order otherwise you will be behind.  You can make up a class, but there is a cost to do this.  Our On Ramp program usually starts every week and is limited to a maximum of 6 participants.

Tuition for CrossFit Las Vegas On Ramp is $250.00
