Intro to CrossFit is a class that is run every Saturday at noon. Each week we invite anyone that has never done CrossFit into the gym to experience what

The typical 1 hour class starts with:
1) an explanation of CrossFit
2) an explanation of the CrossFit Las Vegas community
3) coaching of the movements that are going to be used in the workout of the day (WOD)
4) WOD
5) Explanation of how to get startedd with our On Ramp Program
6) Explanation of what our On Ramp Program is.

For Las Vegas locals this is a free class. It is designed to give the participant a broad understanding of CrossFit and to answer any questions an individual has. For a lot of people they have heard about CrossFit from someone they know

CAUTION/WARNING CrossFit changes lives, and makes a person very passionate about being healthy, if you are ready for a change, see you on Saturday.
