    52:something.

I crashed hard around 33 minutes, light headed, dizzy. Had to sit. Was halfway through the second set of rounds. Decided to stop but then after about 7 minutes I got a second wind and finished.

Shouldn’t have run (jogged/walked) with the med ball. During the 2nd run my back started to spasm. Complete failure at the wallballs.
So, 1 rd + 800m run RX in about 40 min. Hella workout. Happy with my 8 rope climbs. Hope to try a non-ball carry version another time.
