Already a Gymnastics competitor, she is training to start competing in CrossFit.  It won’t be too long before she is representing CFLV in the Teens Comps and Open!!

WOD

3 Rounds for time of:
50 double unders
10 clean & jerks 115/80

rest 5 min

Repeat.

*Goal is too keep the second time through as close to the first as possible.
*This is meant to be a total burner,  from start to finish you bring all the hate and all the fury. (right Donnie?)
