Olympic Lifting


Olympic Weightlifting classes are for athletes looking to refine the techniques pertaining to the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.

Athletes will learn and practice proper positioning and mechanics in a focused environment. The subtleties of these lifts are often overlooked or forgotten during fast-paced WODs. In this program, each athlete will be given drills and lifting sets from beginner to advanced levels. The goal is the mastering of these Olympic lifts.

Classes are taught by Allison Gilliam and are limited to eight people per session. This allows each athlete to get personalized coaching.
