    Today I did 30 kettle bell swings @15lbs, 30 burpees, and 30GHD sit-ups for 5 rounds which makes 150 for the kettle bell swings, burpees, and the GHD sit-ups.
    My time for all of that was 55:45.
    It was hard.?
