    WOD – i made it up to 2-cal row. Working out at 6am is no joke. Uhhh!

    During my sixth Double Under, my left achilles flared up badly. It’s definitely strained now. I finished by modifying with 94 single-leg single skips. I never concentrated more on staying completely in my heels during the Wall Balls and Kettlebell Swings. I managed to get 1 Row Calorie. Going into this one, I had high hopes to finish before the cap. [DNF: 1 Row Cal]

    I agree, Christian! Working out before noon is pretty much the hardest thing ever.
    You 6am People are legit.

    Sorry about your achilles, Adam! No fun. Lots of pistols in your future 😀

    I did some some Sn Grip Push Presses, Snatch + OHS OTM x 10 & Clean Pull + Cl + Jerk … I’m super happy that I didn’t drop a barbell on my head considering how early it was 😀

    My Barbell people crushed it tonight! Lots of progress being made.. You make it way fun for me.. Thanks for trusting me with your lifts!

    200 singles unders
    30 HOLY FLYING WALLBALLS
    30 Kettlebell swings
    25 Calories
    Ended at 5 Burpees
    Didn’t complete the challenge, i tried. By the time the burpees showed up, i was gasping for more fuel to just jump over the rower.
