    20:56 Rx I do not Rx often so I was very happy today. I do believe, however, that in the last round of 21 some of my thrusters involved jerking. Definitely something I need to work on.

    10:20 95 lbs the weight was extremely light, i went light do to my right elbow was hurting I know i can go heavier but i want to make sure i was comfortable with the weight and don’t re-aggravate the massive pain in my right elbow, also wanted to make sure my form was spot on.
