We have a crew¬†of people from CFLV representing us this year. ¬†It would be awesome to give them a cheering section! ¬†Let’s go show them some love!

    Shoulder press Rx at 132.5 lbs I should of gone up, next time.
    Conditioning for 12 minutes straight at 130 reps
    2 minutes each
    Rowing for calories
    Pull ups
    Rowing for calories
    Burpees

    GHD sit ups
    Awesome WOD

    PR 110# shoulder press. 176 reps for WOD.

    PR 150# clean + front squat + split jerk!
