Starting Monday, August 29th, there will be Added Barbell Classes! Including Barbell Classes for Beginners!
I’m going to spend the next few days figuring out the best scheduling that will work for as many people as possible. I’d like to have the final schedule out by the beginning of next week.
There will be :
– Regular Barbell Classes in the evening will be four days per week, Tuesday – Friday (Times TBD)
(Two of the four days will include extra strength work, conditioning and core work)
– Beginners Barbell Classes in the evening will be Two days per week (Days & Time TBD)
– Regular Barbell Classes in the Midday One to Two Days (Days & Time TBD.. Most likely Mon, Wed or Fri at 10 or 11)
– Beginner Barbell Class one day per week Mid Day or Early Morning (Day and Time TBD)
I’m open to suggestions, but I have to consider overall scheduling, my schedule and I’d like to make all classes as accessible to as many people as possible! 😀
