    Did the 800m run in 4:25 and the four rounds that included 10 deadlifts, 10 push presses, and 10 back squats @ 35lbs in 21:09. Hey 5 o’clock thanks for the cheers it really helped push me through.?

    5:13 for the run, finished the rest w/total time 15:15 using 63 lb. Goal was unbroken reps (so I wiped my face and stretched my back before and after the deadlifts).
