You guys all did an amazing job on Monday!  
You all have the positive, determined attitudes that will get you everything you want from this Challenge! 
Just keep believing in yourself and supporting each other and you’ll be good to go!

AMRAP (As Many Round as Possible) in 12 Minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Box Jumps
15 Kettlebell Swings (KBS)

    Hey Guys!

    Some of you are probably super sore..
    Being sore is Even more reason to show up to the gym today…
    We are going to stretch and warmup for a sognificant amount of time.
    That might be enough for you today and that’s okay..
    But it’s better to come in and move some than not come in. The soreness will subside much faster with some movement.

    That I promise you!

    soreness is super normal. It’s not always comfortable, but it is normal. As you become more fit and your body adapts, the soreness will be less intense.

    I told my classes on Monday to Under Do it! Continue to under do it until you feel ready to push it more.

    There is no pressure to push in the beginning. Just learning how to do the exercises properly is plenty for most people.

    Awesome workout today! Was a bit sore starting off, but the soreness quickly subsided as the training progressed. Love the motivation from the coaches and fellow class members. Rounds: 4 + 8

    Challenging workout last night for sure. Thankful for modifications so there is a small sense of accomplishment! Managed 2 + 25…….this time. Grateful for the awesome coaches.

    It was only 12 minutes but i was gasping for air like crazy. It was my first time using the Kettle Bells but I loved using it! 5rounds completed!
