Here is your training for
Wednesday, March 8, 2017:

Skill
Rowing Technique
Conditioning
21-15-9
Thrusters
Burpees

At “3, 2, 1,…go”, you will complete 21 Thrusters, then complete
21 Burpees. You will continue with 15 Thursters,
15 Burpees, 9 Thrusters, and finish the workout with 9 Burpees.

You will record the weight used for your Thrusters and
the total time to complete the workout.

Don’t forget your notebooks and your water bottles!
