100m Heavy Farmers Carry
20 Kettlebell Snatches (10 Each Arm), 16/24kgs
21 Ring Push-Ups
* You can use Kettlebells, Dumbbells or Plates for the Farmers Carry. Make it as heavy and as challenging as possible.
* Ring Push-Ups need to be don’t with a hollow body position. If you can’t maintain it through a full ROM for all reps, take the reps down. If you can’t keep the hollow body for any reps, do regular Push-Ups
This years Police & Fire Games are this Saturday!
