Thank your for your patience on Orientation Day.  You guys are all wonderful.

For those of you who missed Orientation, we will be doing measurements from 

– Squat
– Pull-Up Variations

WOD  (Workout of the Day):
4 Rounds for Reps; 45 Seconds ON, 15 Seconds OFF:
AbMat Sit-Up

    First workout, totally exhausted, I walk 5 miles daily but this is totally different. Looking forward to getting to where I want to be. Coaches are awesome.

    First class not as bad as I anticipated but challengingredients. Score 110 for starters. Definitely feeling the burn, joints are a bit sore.

    Very impressed with Allison and Brendan with there true compassion and teaching , motivating all of us present.. scored 199 and needed help with my hair today because unable to raise armed to comb my hair.. sore, sore!!!

    Great 1st day. Really showed where my weakness is but got a great positive knowing this challenge will turn that around. 150 Reps. Still feeling it the next day. Looking forward to Wed.

    Second workout day, somewhat sore prior to but not bad. Today’s workout was a significant challenge for me and my joints. Having some pain in my hip so ice hot tonight. Not getting discouraged!
