I’m sorry, everyone!  I forgot to categorize this entry when I autoposted.  I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for Jason’s Facebook post!

    Yes, I did the math. 99.0% of my reps came from Double Unders. That aside, I take two major positives from this workout. First, I smashed (and do I mean SMASHED) my Double Unders records. All six intervals are now my Top 6 of all time. My lowest interval was 85 and my new 1:00 Max Rep PR now stands at 103! Second, I was so close on three attempts to get my first-ever Muscle-Up as a strict one. That day will come soon! [93/98/94/103/95/85 for DU intervals and SMU and SHSPU intervals scored as 0s and 1s, respectively. Very binary.]
