    6+4 @75#. My snatches are looking and FEELING a lot better. I’m no Noah Ohlsen (yet), but i’m stronger than yesterday. 🙂

    4+4 @ 95lbs.

    Remember a hang snatch is like opening a door. If u don’t open it wide enough, u’re not getting in. If u don’t pull the barbell enough n u try to drop underneath, more than likely, u’re gonna lose it n won’t get underneath.

    I’m smart. 🙂
