7 Rounds:
Every 5 Minutes, Complete the Following:
100m Shuttle Run (50×2)
15 KBS  16/24kgs
100m Shuttle Run  (50×2)
15 Burpees
100m Shuttle Run  (50×2)

Rest the Remaining Time in the 5 Minute Interval…  If you finish the third Shuttle Run at 4:33, you get to rest 27 Seconds before starting all over again.
The full workout will take 35 Minutes. 

Each Round is intended to be done as a sprint, as fast as possible!
