1 rope climb
12 wall ball shots
15 kettlebell swings

*pick each round up exactly where you left off.
*score is total amount of completed rounds plus total reps in the incomplete round.
*if rope climbs or their mods are too difficult, replace them with the appropriate number of ring rows or pull-ups.  The trainer will decide what appropriate is.
